 The EU says it must ensure that Russia realizes the consequences of the Ukraine conflict as it prepares sanctions.The European Union is planning a slew of penalties, including blacklisting hundreds of politicians and bureaucrats, a ban on dealing in Russian state bonds and import and export restrictions on separatist firms.
यूरोपीय संघ का कहना है कि उसे यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि रूस यूक्रेन संघर्ष के परिणामों को महसूस करे क्योंकि वह प्रतिबंध तैयार करता है।
