The India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement signed by the Union Minister of Commerce and Industry

 The India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement signed by the Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal on Friday, has been described as a milestone agreement that will open up new markets for Indian goods and services.

Mr. Piyush Goyal said during a press conference in Mumbai the day after the agreement, “India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) was signed. It will be of great help to MSMEs, start-ups, farmers, traders and other sections of enterprises. Will happen."

In terms of sectoral benefits, he predicted that labour-intensive businesses such as textiles, gems and jewellery, leather goods and footwear, and the food processing industry would benefit the most.

केंद्रीय वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री श्री पीयूष गोयल द्वारा शुक्रवार को हस्ताक्षरित भारत-यूएई व्यापक आर्थिक भागीदारी समझौते को एक मील का पत्थर समझौता बताया गया है जो भारतीय वस्तुओं और सेवाओं के लिए नए बाजार खोलेगा।

श्री पीयूष गोयल ने समझौते के अगले दिन मुंबई में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान कहा, "भारत-यूएई व्यापक आर्थिक भागीदारी समझौता (सीईपीए) हस्ताक्षरित हुआ।यह एमएसएमई, स्टार्ट-अप, किसानों, व्यापारियों और उद्यमों के अन्य वर्गों के लिए काफी मददगार होगा।"

क्षेत्रीय लाभों के संदर्भ में, उन्होंने भविष्यवाणी की कि कपड़ा, रत्न और आभूषण, चमड़े के सामान और जूते जैसे श्रम प्रधान व्यवसाय और खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग को सबसे अधिक लाभ होगा।
