pay equity policy for contracted indian women cricketers

BCCI introduces pay equity policy for women cricketers.
In an effort to bridge the pay parity between India's men and women international cricketers, match fees will be the same for both as India enters a new era of gender equality in cricket.
Consequently, women cricketers will be paid Rs. 15 lakhs Rs. 6 lakh and Rs. 3 lakhs for Tests, ODIs and T20Is respectively.
