Atal Pension Yojana (APY

   The Atal Pension Yojana (APY), targeted for unorganized sector workers, saw the highest number of takers in 2022 with a 36 per cent increase in enrollments. The data released by the Finance Ministry shows that the figure has crossed 10 million for the first time in a calendar year. The number of enrollments is projected to increase from 9.2 million in 2021 to 12.5 million in 2022.
